the company's plans than you do. But what do you do now?
Don't panic! You are not alone. Research has shown that every year
thousands of people leave their jobs and find another. So here's some
advice to put you ahead in your hunt for that job.
Plan for the future
1) Where do you want to be a few years from now?
2) What industry would you like to be in?
3) Will you need more or different skills?
4) Research, which companies are in the industry that you want to
work in.
Do they offer the features that you want?
1) Set out your goals, and ascertain if they are attainable.
2) Build in your financial standing and make sure that you cover any
extra cost that might be incurred, extra mileage, child minders, meals
etc.
Please wait to resign
1) Have your new position and your conditions met before you hand
in your notice.
2) Be professional in your planning, this mapping out of fortunes
will benefit you in the long run.
